Heather Reid has been involved with women's football for over 30 years. She was national team manager and head of delegation on several international tours to Taiwan, New Zealand, USA and China in the 1980's and 90's. Heather was the only Australian to officially attend the first FIFA women's world championship in 1991 as a media and Women's Soccer Australia representative, and has subsequently been to the FIFA Women's World Cup tournaments in the USA (2003) and China (2007).
Heather has a wide range of international networks and is highly regarded for her contribution to advancing women's football. Heather has also been CEO of Capitol Football and Canberra United for the past seven years, which makes her the longest serving and only female CEO of an FFA member federation.

Xanten is known for the Archaeological Park or archaeological open air museum (one of the largest in the world), its medieval picturesque city centre with Xanten Cathedral and many museums, its large man-made lake for various watersport activities as well as high standard of living. It is visited by approximately one million tourists a year

Today you have the option to relax or take a tour of Bochum. Bochum dates from the 9th century, when Charlemagne set up a royal court at the junction of two important trade routes. It was first officially mentioned in 1041 by the name Cofbuokheim in a document of the archbishops of Cologne. which dates back to 9th Century

Today you have the option to relax or take a tour of Leverkusen. Leverkusen on the Rhine is a city with many facets. About 160 000 people live here, in both the metropolitan and the idyllic rural areas. Both of these - the village charm and the vibrant urban life - are often only a few kilometres apart, in some cases directly next to one other. Leverkusen has much to offer visitors. The town has been shaped by its industrial heritage and is known internationally as the headquarters of Bayer AG, the world-renowned chemical and pharmaceutical company. But there is much more to Leverkusen than that!

Maastricht is widely known as a city of history, culture, local folklore and education.[1] The town is popular with tourists for shopping and recreation. There is some debate as to whether Maastricht is the oldest city in the Netherlands

SCA SPORTS TOURS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Responsibility
SCA International Pty Ltd & Accra Pty Limited Trading as SCA Sports Tours (hereinafter shall be called “SCA”) acts only as an agent for travel service providers and does not own or operate any airline, means of transportation or insurance or travel provider. SCA strongly recommends tour members insure against travel risk and become familiar with exclusions on any travel policy they accept. Travelers’ are responsible for ensuring that they have valid travel documentations and comply with health, customs, currency and other laws of any country they enter or attempt to enter.
All tickets, coupons, exchange orders, vouchers and receipts are issued subject to the appropriate tariffs and terms and conditions of sale of SCA principals and these conditions. It is therefore important to note that all bookings made by SCA are subject to the terms and conditions imposed by airlines, coach operators, hoteliers and others providing services including, but not limited to, shipping, rail, car hire, ferry, tour and restaurant operators whose services are utilised by the SCA, some of which limit or exclude liability in respect of insolvency, non operation, death, personal injury, delay and loss or damage to baggage. SCA shall not be liable or responsible for death or injury to any person or loss or damage to any property or otherwise (including baggage) whether due to its agents or employees negligence or otherwise arising out of or in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services or resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God, dangers incident to the sea, hijack, fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of governments or other authorities, wars, whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, delays or cancellations of or changes in itinerary or schedules or over bookings or defaults or from any causes beyond the Company’s control or through the acts of default of the hotels, airlines, bus or car companies, railroads, steamship lines or owners or contractors providing accommodation, transportation or other services or for any loss or damage resulting from improper or insufficient passports, visas or other documents and that neither the Company nor its servants, agents or employees shall become liable or responsible for any additional expenses or liabilities sustained or incurred by the tour members as a result of any of the foregoing causes.

The products sold by SCA are subject to availability at the time of booking
PAYMENTS SCHEDULE
An initial deposit of $1,700 is required by the close of business 28th February 2011.
Additional payments are required as follows;
$2,000 by 31st March 2011
$2,000 by 29th April 2011
Final tour payment by 31st May based on your final tour options.
Cancellation Charges
Up to 31st March 2011 $200.00
1st April – 29th April 2011 25% of tour cost
20th April – 31st May 2011 50% of tour cost
After 31st May 2011 100% of tour cost i.e. Nil Refund
Insurance
We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance at the time of booking. The policy should provide cover for loss of deposit, cancellation and additional expenses, medical expenses and repatriation and loss or damage to baggage and valuables. You are responsible for making any special or increased insurance arrangements which you deem are necessary. SCA can provide competitive quotes for travel insurance.
Payment Methods
All prices are based on payment by cash or cheque. Cheques will not be accepted for travel within 7 working days of travel. Please make cheques payable to: SCA Sports Tours. Payment can also be made by Electronic Funds Transfer to our bank account. Details will be provided at time of booking.
Credit Card: Payment received via Credit Cards will incur processing fees.
Names and Documentation
Please ensure that the spelling of all names is correct and match the details exactly as shown on your passport(s). It is your responsibility to advise us of the correct information at the time of booking, as you will incur substantial costs to amend details at a later stage if the information you supplied was incorrect. It is your sole responsibility to ensure you have a valid passport at the time of travelling and that you hold all necessary visas and permits. All Australians must hold a valid passport for international travel. Most countries require you when entering to hold passport with at least six months validity. Australian permanent residents require a valid re-entry permit. Children are required to hold individual passports.
Refunds for Unused Services
The itinerary includes travel activities which have been included in the price. No refunds will be made for unused services where a client chooses not to accept the service offered regardless of reason.
Unused services cannot be refunded or exchanged. The Company reserves the right to cancel the tour and/or modify the itineraries in any way it thinks desirable and further reserves the right to decline or accept any person or any tour and may substitute hotels where necessary. The issuance and acceptance of receipts, tickets, vouchers, coupons or travel orders shall be deemed consent to the above.
Tour Prices.
Tour prices are based on costs in effect as at 20th January 2011. Costs will also depend on availability of hotels quoted at time of booking. These costs are subject to the group travelling together throughout the tour. Any variation will incur an amendment fee and may also jeopardise the costs for the rest of the group. Prices are based on the tour numbers stipulated on the itinerary. Any change in tour numbers could result in a revised tour price.
Baggage
Most airlines offered two checked pieces of luggage weighing no more than 23kgs and one carry on item. Luggage in excess of these limits will be charged for at the appropriate excess baggage rates. Baggage is your responsibility at all times.

We recommend that you refer to dfat.gov.au or on (02) 6261 3305. This DFAT service will keep you updated on any new developments and offer you the most up to date advice.
Airline Taxes and Fuel Surcharges
All airfares are subject to taxes and charges levied by both government and the airlines themselves; in addition global fuel costs are constantly increasing. Airlines pass on the increase in taxes and fuel surcharges without notice and whilst we will endeavor to advise you of these charges in advance that may not always prove possible. SCA reserves the right to pass on fuel and tax increases, levied by airlines, without notice.
